KILLER CARROT CAKE


2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp all spice
1 1/2 cups canola oil
4 eggs beaten
3 cups peeled grated carrots
1 cup chopped walnuts

All dry ingredients in mixing bowl, mix. Add oil, 4 prebeaten eggs.
Add carrots, nuts, then use mixer on medium speed to mix everything
together for 2 minutes. Spread in pre-greased 9x13 baking minutes.
Bake at 350* for 30-35 (40-45) or until toothpick comes out clean in
middle. Let completely cool on wire rack. Frost once cool.

8 oz softened cream cheese
1/2 cup softened butter (1 cube)
2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
2 tsp vanilla

Blend cream cheese and butter with mixer until fluffy. Gradually add
powdered sugar and beat until smooth. Add vanilla. Blend all.

Frost.

"PORK OUT" PORK SANDWICHES


1 - 2 lb. pork tenderloin
1 - 12 oz. root beer
1 - 18 oz. KC Masterpiece Original BBQ Sauce
16 hamburger buns

Put pork tenderloin in a crock pot (slow cooker); pour root beer over the pork.
Cook 6-7 hours on LOW heat. Pork is done when it shreds easily.
Pour root beer out of the crock pot.
Shred pork.
Add BBQ sauce and mix well.

Serves: 8

Serve with vegetables and dip.
